Complete ban on quackery
No FIR on Doctors
Fine upto 500,000 on health establishment instead of 5 million
Right to appeal before session judge against the decision of HCC
No obudsman
HCC will consist of doctors
No inspectors and no chappas
Complaints to be investigated by team of doctors
In case of non acceptance of our bill, PMA Punjab will observe complete strike all over the province
